This Privacy policy describes how we use and protect any information that you give us.

We promise to safeguard your privacy and personal information, keep it safe and will never pass it to third parties. 

If we ask you to provide certain information by which you can be identified when using this website, making a booking or attending our classes, workshops and performances, it will only be used in accordance with this privacy statement which follows the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR). 


Personal information we may collect, why and how

Through our bookings system/s, we may collect data including: 

  • Your name and date of birth

  • Contact details such as email, phone number or address

  • Safety information such as health conditions and emergency contact details

  • Photo, video and voice recording permissions

This data is directly provided to us by you, so is therefore given with your consent. Some of this data allows us to keep you updated on bookings you’ve placed, for example we might use your email or phone number to send reminders and schedule changes.

Some is imperative for us to be able to provide you with our services, such as your date of birth, prior knowledge of any health conditions and your emergency contact details.

We may process and/or collect certain purchase information, which enables us to fulfil your order (our contract with you) and to screen our orders for potential risk and prevent fraud.  This information may include your name, billing address, payment information, email address, and phone number. The purposes we may use this information for include processing your payment and providing you with invoices and/or payment confirmations.

Data we hold may be used by us to send you promotional or marketing information by post, telephone or email. These types of communication include:

  • Informing you of other offers related to All Ways Good Company such as workshops, classes or events.

  • News and updates about All Ways Good Company and marketing or supporter e-newsletters.

  • Other relevant communications based upon your relationship with All Ways Good Company.

You may also provide us with your data face-to-face at one of our venues, via email or on the telephone. Howsoever provided, the information you give to us is protected under this Privacy policy. We retain information only as required by applicable UK laws and/or regulations. 

Student photos and videos

Whilst we understand the desire to take photos and videos being taken in your class or workshop it is important to recognise that some people may not wish to be included. Please make sure that your photos or videos don’t include students in the background unless you have their explicit permission to do so, including posting it on social media.

Marketing pictures or videos

We reserve the right to take photos and videos for the use of promotion. You may opt out of having your photo taken by emailing hello@allwaysgoodcompany.com or advising your facilitator or event coordinator in person.

Recording for performance purposes

During research and development periods we may record videos, take photos or voice recordings with the intention of using them in performance in the future (ie including a voice recording in a soundscape or audio track). We will always explicitly ask your permission before utilising your recording in a performance context.

We understand that your personal information and privacy are important to you. We make every effort to ensure that the information you share with us is recorded accurately, retained securely and used only according to your wishes. 

If at any time you no longer wish to receive communications from us or would like to update your contact preferences, send us an email to hello@allwaysgoodcompany.com. Please be aware that you could miss out on essential information such as a last minute change of class time or cancellation.
