Class descriptions
Here you can find descriptions of each of our regular classes. Please note, the age ranges are just guidelines and we have lots of regular students who attend classes outside of the guides we’ve set! Our only rule is that you must be over 16 to attend an adults class.

Fledglings
Fledglings is our class aimed at children who want a creative family class where parents and grown ups stay.
This is a great taster class where you can explore at your own pace. Suitable for any age from 0 upwards!
Together we explore aerial, circus skills creatively. A chance to learn through play and exploration. One booking is for one child and one adult.
-
Sky Kids
A playful and super fun class for kids roughly aged 6-11.
Sky kids features warm up games, aerial conditioning, aerial circus skills and some free play time with our circus kit.
Perfect for adventurous kids wanting to climb, spin and fly! -
High Flyers
Our most popular class, High Flyers is roughly for age 9+, or for our young aerialists who have been flying for a while (some of them for many years now!)
In this class children will put together skills in sequences, increasing stamina & focus. This session is recommended for those who are keen to learn, are already climbing and are confident in the air. -
Saturday Adults Aerial
If you’re an adult looking to start aerial, this is where to begin!
A mixed-level (beginners and intermediates) class on a range of aerial apparatus. We have two teachers and teach to your level, so whether you’re brand new to flying or are putting together sequences we’ll cater the session to you. -
Tuesday Youth 5-6pm
This class is open to beginners, with a rough age range of 11-16 years, so perfect for a teen who wants to run away to join the circus.
One of our most creative classes, Youth Aerial has a great group dynamic and they’re always testing their aerial skills with crazy creative challenges!
-
Tuesday Youth 6-7pm
This class also has a recommended age range of 11-16, but it is usually a smaller, more focused class of very mighty young aerialists who want to learn the most challenging tricks, combos and skills we can throw at them!
Although we wouldn't recommend this class for beginners, if your 11-16 year old has been practicing aerial with us for some time this is a great class for them to attend to get some more focused skills-based practice in.
-
Tuesday Adults Aerial
Our Tuesday adults are a very dedicated but welcoming gang who explore combos and moves across all apparatus.
This class is not suitable for total beginners, although as with all our classes, we keep group sizes small and have two teachers on hand so that everything can be adapted to each individual's level.
-
Open Training
On a Friday evening, and sometimes during the school holidays, we run open training!
These sessions are longer and self-directed so suitable for people with some aerial class experience who want to polish what they've learned. A teacher is on hand to help but these sessions are primarily self directed.
